We offer a variety of flexible pricing models designed to suit your unique business needs, including a significant focus on harnessing data intelligence. When you buy from us, we aim to create win-win outcomes. This process begins with a Discovery Call, during which we take the time to understand your business, products, use cases, and specific data requirements.
After evaluating how contracting for contact data impacts your business model, profit margins, and associated risks, we customize your best arrangement. While we strive for competitive pricing, we are not the highest-priced option. We also may not offer the lowest prices due to the extensive data curation efforts and costs of maintaining high data quality. With years of experience supporting our pricing strategy, we are confident in the fair pricing of our data intelligence offerings, and we understand you might be exploring alternatives from other providers.

Pricing structures
We have identified several effective pricing structures that resonate well with our customers, including:
- Flat Fee, Annual Subscription: Receive a regularly updated full-file data feed, ensuring you can always access the latest data intelligence needed for your business operations.
- Usage-Based: Pay-per-match, only when you download. This model allows you to purchase a fixed number of download credits for API or Platform Data UI product access. You can run unlimited counts, paying with your credits only when the search input criteria are matched and you decide to download the contact records.
- Success-Based: This model rewards us based on your economic success, reinforcing our value on data intelligence. Examples include pay-per-converted lead, predefined revenue share, or a fixed subscription that scales as your business is expected to grow, all based on mutually agreed success metrics.
- Pilot-to-Commercial: Many customers prefer to start with a pilot test of our data intelligence offerings. This approach mitigates risk and ensures that Salutary’s data and products perform as expected within your application or service before committing to a longer-term arrangement.
- Project-Based/One-Off: Let us be your data concierge! Share your specific data requirements with us, and we will work together to help you understand our coverage. We will provide samples and deliver the data you need in a CSV file.

Brandy Ramos leads Sales Development at Salutary Data, where she drives outreach strategy and builds partnerships that help clients access the clean, high-accuracy data they need to fuel smarter growth.
I oversee the data engineering operational needs of the company. That is, I am the principle chef in the kitchen working with our suppliers and onboarding their data and building the myriad feeds for our customers.
As the Vice President of Business Operations, I am a Swiss army knife at Salutary Data. My day-to-day responsibilities range from analyzing and interrogating our data, assisting our clients to meet their strategic goals, improving our processes and working with our vendors and suppliers.
As the EVP of Sales & Business Development at Salutary Data, I am responsible for our network of partners and clients and planning and executing our GTM strategy for long term growth. For the past 14 years I’ve been in B2B Data, Lead-Gen, and Sales Intel, and built relationships and deep knowledge of use cases and profit driven strategies of customers.
My work centers around the intersection of data and entrepreneurship, where I get energy from the data workflow and connection to the people and systems that make it work.
My mission at “Salutary” is to build a world class technology infrastructure featuring automation, scalability, security, and data as a service. I look to the company’s value of trust delivering optimal accuracy, accessibility, and availability in service of internal and external constituents.
Thomas Judd joined Salutary Data in 2023 as SVP of Business Development & Digital and is responsible for generating revenue, securing data partnerships and developing new lines of business for the company. He brings over 25 years of data/digital sales, marketing and business development experience to Salutary Data. Most recently he operated his own B2B marketing consultancy and previously held Senior Executive Management roles at companies including True Influence, NetWise, Tiburon Media Group and MyLife.
I began advising Salutary Data in late 2018. I’ve been a successful CEO of three information and software companies, most notably at OneSource Information Services (now part of D&B Hoovers) where I led an IPO and was an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. I’ve also been an active advisor, board member, and investor in early to growth stage technology companies. I’m married with three kids, am a ridiculously spoiled fan of Boston sports teams, and love to spend time on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH playing golf and fishing, albeit not very well.
I am Melissa, the Operations Manager at Salutary Data. My role spans across vendor management and customer success, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
