Vice President of Technology

As Vice President of Technology, I contribute to technology and engineering by creating cutting edge cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, automated, and deployable as code. My background has been in a variety of different areas including building numerous data platforms, products, backend systems, IoT Platforms, and DevOps orchestration.

I am passionate about learning as well as mentoring others within the technology space. I believe everyone has a voice and is valued in team collaboration.

You can find me outside of work taking online courses, fishing at the many lakes in Utah, or at the Gym.

Vice President of Sales

With over 15 years of experience in the contact and company data space, I offer my customers a wealth of knowledge to help their go-to-market strategies. My North Star is helping customers grow. I grow existing accounts and bring new partnerships to Salutary. I bring a “team first” mentality to the business and partner with internal departments to support clients and foster customer satisfaction.

I enjoy playing golf, taking in a Celtics game, or being part of the Boston culture and nightlife!

Director of Engineering

I oversee the data engineering operational needs of the company. That is, I am the principle chef in the kitchen working with our suppliers and onboarding their data and building the myriad feeds for our customers.

I pride myself on working in a cost-effective manner and finding ways to do things better, faster, and with less manual intervention.

It’s a privilege to partner with the Salutary engineering team to leverage cutting-edge tech in our work.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, enjoy reading, and love exploring tools and technologies to enhance my craft.

Vice President of Business Operations

As the Vice President of Business Operations, I am a Swiss army knife at Salutary Data. My day-to-day responsibilities range from analyzing and interrogating our data, assisting our clients to meet their strategic goals, improving our processes and working with our vendors and suppliers.

I am inherently curious and this drives me to dig into our data, understand the quality and help provide the best records to our customers. I am truly passionate about building teams and helping others reach their goals, which is why this role and this organization are a perfect fit.

When I am not consumed in data you can find me on a boat in Maine, traveling in Europe or playing as much soccer as my body will allow.

EVP of Sales & Business Development

As the EVP of Sales & Business Development at Salutary Data, I am responsible for our network of partners and clients and planning and executing our GTM strategy for long term growth. For the past 14 years I’ve been in B2B Data, Lead-Gen, and Sales Intel, and built relationships and deep knowledge of use cases and profit driven strategies of customers.

I spend a lot of time understanding clients’ data strategy and needs, and enjoy creating mutually beneficial commercial agreements. My favorite part of entrepreneurship is thinking outside the box and developing new lines of revenue and product offerings based on client feedback and budding market demands.

Outside of work, I spend time with two amazing kids. Hobbies include golf, cooking, travel, working out, and binging comedy podcasts.

Chief Data Officer

My work centers around the intersection of data and entrepreneurship, where I get energy from the data workflow and connection to the people and systems that make it work.

As Chief Data Officer of Salutary Data, my focus is on assessing and understanding the needs and problems of our suppliers and customers, as well as collaborating with the Salutary team to improve our data pipeline, and adding value to make the customer experience the best it can be.

I love the experimental and iterative process, both in terms of wrestling complex challenges into submission, as well as finding new ways to solve problems and increase quality. My greatest satisfaction comes when our clients feel we’ve met or exceeded their expectations.

Outside of the office, you will find me renovating our 300-year-old house, hiking with my kids, traveling, reading about and discussing American history, and spending time at the horse barn with my wife.

CTO

My mission at “Salutary” is to build a world class technology infrastructure featuring automation, scalability, security, and data as a service. I look to the company’s value of trust delivering optimal accuracy, accessibility, and availability in service of internal and external constituents.

I believe a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and positivity adds to organizational health. My approach is to drive outcomes that are the byproduct of rapid iteration and innovation.

I lead the development of data platforms ranging from IoT to data lakes and enterprise data warehouses. My passion is cloud solutions that use serverless architecture and the deployment of advanced analytics applications coupled with machine learning.

Outside of work, I constantly seek to learn new topics in all areas of life. I frequently travel and I am looking forward to the next adventure. I am always looking for the next book or movie recommendation.

SVP of Business Development & Digital

Thomas Judd joined Salutary Data in 2023 as SVP of Business Development & Digital and is responsible for generating revenue, securing data partnerships and developing new lines of business for the company. He brings over 25 years of data/digital sales, marketing and business development experience to Salutary Data. Most recently he operated his own B2B marketing consultancy and previously held Senior Executive Management roles at companies including True Influence, NetWise, Tiburon Media Group and MyLife.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from University of Colorado, Boulder where he also played on the Varsity Tennis team and an MBA in Integrated Marketing from New York University.

When not connecting with customers or networking for new business, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and Australian Shepherd. He also thrives on playing competitive tennis, stand up paddle boarding around San Francisco Bay, hiking the Marin Headlands and being an amateur chef.

Chairman of the Board & Product Officer

I began advising Salutary Data in late 2018. I’ve been a successful CEO of three information and software companies, most notably at OneSource Information Services (now part of D&B Hoovers) where I led an IPO and was an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. I’ve also been an active advisor, board member, and investor in early to growth stage technology companies. I’m married with three kids, am a ridiculously spoiled fan of Boston sports teams, and love to spend time on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH playing golf and fishing, albeit not very well.

I am thrilled to be advising Scott and Jeff. In my opinion, you simply will not find two better people in this business. They exude integrity, trust, and competence. They have over 50 collective years of experience at some of the best-run and successful small, medium and large companies we have ever seen in our industry. These guys love what they do, and attack every day with an unusual entrepreneurial focus. And from my experience in our meetings, no detail is too small if it leads to some new innovation to create better contact data solutions for customers. I’ve seen the consistent momentum Scott and Jeff have built over the past few years. It’s not luck–It’s old-fashioned values of hard work and customer service, combined with some really new ideas and technology. I can’t wait to see how things progress in the next few years.

I am Melissa, the Operations Manager at Salutary Data. My role spans across vendor management and customer success, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for empowering teams, I’m dedicated to driving operational excellence and client success at Salutary Data.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me exploring new destinations, attending exciting sporting events (especially MLB, MLS, and NFL games), and indulging in my love for visiting wineries.
